Hi, I’m Veronika — osteopath, physiotherapist (MSc.) and passionate kitesurfer.
Kitesurfing is more than a sport to me. It represents freedom, presence and connection to the elements of nature. At the same time, it places very specific physical demands on the body — demands that are often underestimated, even by experienced riders.
Through my own journey in kitesurfing and more than 15 years of clinical experience, I have learned that performance in kitesurfing is never just about strength, talent or courage. It is about how well the body is prepared to handle load, absorb forces and recover from them.

Working with kitesurfers over the last years, one pattern became very clear to me. Most riders don’t struggle because they lack potential. They struggle because their body is not functioning as a well-coordinated system.
Recurring lower back pain, tension in the hips, overloaded knees or shoulders, and plateaus in performance are often not the result of one single injury. They develop gradually, through compensations, restricted mobility, insufficient recovery and a nervous system that is constantly under stress.
As a passionate kitesurfer myself, I know how frustrating it is when pain limits your sessions or holds you back from progressing. That personal experience, combined with my professional background, is what led me to specialize in working with kitesurfers.

In my work, osteopathy and physiotherapy are not separate from health coaching — they are the foundation of it.
A body that moves efficiently, distributes load well and recovers properly can access its full performance potential. But this is only possible when underlying restrictions, imbalances and compensations are addressed first.
Through detailed osteopathic and physiotherapeutic screening, I assess how your joints, muscles, fascia and nervous system interact. Treatment helps restore mobility, improve tissue quality and optimize movement patterns. This creates the necessary conditions for strength, control and coordination to develop naturally.
Instead of pushing a dysfunctional system harder, we first ensure that your body is working with you — not against you. Only then does training truly translate into performance on the water.

My mission is to help kitesurfers build a body that is strong, adaptable and sustainable — a body that allows them to ride longer, recover faster and progress with confidence.
In my coaching you learn how to develop your individual daily self-care routine and prepare your body for powerful and sustainable kite sessions. The routine includes the essential elements of:
When the body is well prepared, movement becomes more efficient, pain decreases and performance feels more effortless. This is where real freedom on the water begins.
Your body is your most important piece of equipment. Together, we make sure it supports you — session after session.
